Stewart Neild is an experienced professional in the field of fabrication and welding, currently serving as a Lecturer in Fab/Weld and Agency Fab/Welding Instructor at Furness College since November 2020. Prior to this, Stewart worked as a Pipefitter for The James Mercer Group Limited, focusing on the fabrication and installation of pipe work for various systems, including a new build project at BAE Systems. With a history of roles including Orbital Welder, Welding/Fabrication Trainer/Assessor at Gen2, and Technical Trainer for Saudi Aramco, Stewart has extensive experience in training and assessing welders and fabricators to recognized standards. Educational background includes achieving C & G Level 3 in Fabrication & Welding from Barrow in Furness CofE.
