Mary Brown possesses extensive experience in food technology and product development, currently serving as Manager of Food Technology & Regulatory Compliance at Furlani Foods since January 2009. In this role, Mary oversees the implementation of new technologies and manages the transition of product formulations to commercial production. Previous positions include Product Development Manager at Give and Go Prepared Foods and Morrison Lamothe Inc., where responsibilities encompassed the development of a variety of baked goods and entrees.
