Mary Brown possesses extensive experience in food technology and product development, currently serving as Manager of Food Technology & Regulatory Compliance at Furlani Foods since January 2009. In this role, Mary oversees the implementation of new technologies and manages the transition of product formulations to commercial production. Previous positions include Product Development Manager at Give and Go Prepared Foods and Morrison Lamothe Inc., where responsibilities encompassed the development of a variety of baked goods and entrees. Early career experience includes roles in product development at Archer Daniels Midland Company and a quality assurance technician position at Canada Bread Company. Mary began their professional journey as a high school teacher in Nigeria, teaching math and chemistry. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Food Science from the University of Guelph and an Artisan Bread Baking Certificate from George Brown College.
