Alberto Testoni is a seasoned professional in the field of labor law with extensive experience in both legal practice and academia. Currently serving as a labor corporate lawyer at Rebello since April 2016, Alberto also holds positions as a professor at FURB since August 2004, teaching various law courses including Labor Law and Legal Practice. With a legal career beginning in 1998, Alberto has also contributed to educational institutions such as Grupo UNIASSELVI and SOCIESC, where Alberto taught labor legislation and related subjects. Additionally, Alberto has experience as a conciliator with CONCILIA and previously served as a police investigator. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Law from FGV, a specialization in Civil Procedural Law from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, a law degree from FURB, and ongoing doctoral studies in Legal and Social Sciences at Universidad del Museo Social Argentino.
