Huei-Hsin Lin has a diverse work experience with multiple roles in various companies. They started their career in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant at Tzu Chi Foundation. In 2019, they worked as an Application Development Team Member at FRANK team and later as a Customer Success Department Mentee at Cisco. In 2020, they took on the role of a Portfolio Delivery Department Mentee at Optus and then transitioned to becoming a Customer Success Manager at Ematic Solutions. Currently, they are working as a Digital Project Coordinator at Funraisin since 2022.

Huei-Hsin Lin completed a Master's degree in Information Technology at the University of Technology Sydney from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Statistics from Tunghai University, which they attended from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Huei-Hsin Lin has also obtained several certifications. In November 2021, they completed the "Google Data Analytics Specialisation" from Coursera and the "Microsoft Excel - Advanced Excel Formulas & Functions" course from Udemy. In October 2019, they received the certification for "Project Management Fundations" from LinkedIn.
