Erin O'Neill has worked in various roles since 2000. In 2021, they are currently the Head of Community at RevOps Co-op, a Member at Community Club, Community Manager at Funnel IQ, and Projects 2021 at Method Media Systems. In 2018-2019, they were Projects 2018-2019 at Austin Table Studio. From 2011-2021, they held various roles including Chief of Volunteers and Advisory Board Member at the Texas Interscholastic Mountain Bike League, Community Outreach and Marketing/Promotions Manager at Mellow Johnny's Bike Shop, Stage Manager at the University of Texas Performing Arts Center, Program Manager at Walton Worldwide, Project Manager at Jones Sign Co., and Senior Project Manager at Precision Signs.

Erin O'Neill has a BA in Organizational Communication from Texas State University and graduated from Stephen F Austin High School. Erin has also obtained certifications from CMX, Project Management Institute, Udacity, and Scrum Alliance. These certifications include The Community MBA (2021), Project Management Professional (PMP®) Coursework (2019), Software Development Process (2018), and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) (2018).
