Joonas H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joonas currently works as a Full Stack Developer at Funidata since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of CEO at Medcap Oy since October 2010.

Joonas also served as a Software Developer at the University of Helsinki from May 2020 to May 2021. During their time there, they worked on the maintenance, development, and data migration of the study records analytics service called Oodikone.

Joonas gained valuable strategic and leadership skills as a Member of the Board at Profea (KY-Dealing Oy) from 2010 to 2019. Profea offers various services to students, including training courses, operating a bookstore, and online business.

In their earlier career, Joonas worked as a Commercial Dispatcher at Aeropole from June 2015 to December 2016, and as a Ramp Supervisor at Airpro Oy from October 2014 to April 2015.

Joonas also has experience in video production, having worked as a Producer and Co-Owner at Terofal Media Oy from September 2011 to September 2013. Joonas was responsible for planning, videography, editing, and general management of commercial video production projects.

Before that, Joonas worked at Airpro Oy as a Rota Planner and Ramp Controller from October 2009 to January 2013. Joonas also served as an Airport Security Officer at Securitas Aviation Oy from 2008 to 2009, and as an Air Surveillance Officer/Staff Sergeant in the Finnish Air Force in 2008.

Joonas H. pursued their education starting from their time at Sammon keskuslukio, though the exact years of their attendance are unknown. After that, they attended Turku School of Economics from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Economics and Business Administration with a field of study in Finance. Following this, Joonas enrolled at the University of Helsinki in 2017 and is expected to complete their studies in 2022, majoring in Computer Science. Alongside their formal education, they also acquired several certifications, such as "Machine Learning: Regression" from the University of Washington in May 2017, "Introduction to Data Science in Python" from the University of Michigan in February 2017, "Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach" from the University of Washington in May 2016, and the "HOLT Lens Certificate" from Credit Suisse in December 2012.
