Kristi León has an extensive work experience in the food industry. Kristi began their career in 2003 as a Manager at El Rincon Restaurant. In 2010, they became a Server Assistant Trainer at SkyCity Restaurant at the Space Needle. In 2011, they took on the role of Food Production & Management Student at The Kenney. In 2013, they became a Quality Assurance Technician at Field Roast Grain Meat Co. In 2014, they progressed to Corporate Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at Greenleaf Foods, where they were responsible for leading a team of 9, building food safety programs and training new employees. Finally, in 2022 they became Quality Assurance Manager at Fungi Perfecti LLC.
Kristi León received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Food and Nutritional Science from Seattle Pacific University between 2009 and 2013.
