Ann Raiho is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in climate change research and analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Data Science at Funga since September 2022, Ann leads a team focused on analyzing microbial and forest data to enhance carbon credit production and inform inoculation strategies. Ann joined Funga as employee #4, motivated to create a tangible impact on climate change. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Researcher at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and Colorado State University, where Ann's work involved mapping climate-resilient locations within Alaska's national parks. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Ecology from the University of Notre Dame, a Master's in Ecology from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from St. Olaf College.
