Ariel Sabido is a seasoned professional in the technology and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Fraud Analyst at FunEx since November 2022. With prior experience at Control Networks from June 2020 to November 2022 as a Senior IT Helpdesk Engineer, Ariel specialized in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructures for client companies. Previous roles also include serving as a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative at Awesome CX from March 2017 to August 2019. Ariel holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mindanao, obtained in June 2020.
