Jim Cundiff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jim started their career as a Training Restaurant Manager at Pizza Hut and then moved on to become a Transformational Manager at Arby's Restaurants. After that, they owned and operated a Commercial Baked Goods Territory for Flowers Bakery Company.

In 2006, Jim joined the American Lung Association as a Program Director, where they led volunteer teams and grew grant funding to $250K. Jim also developed partnerships with key community establishments to promote and integrate health programs.

From 2012 to 2014, Jim served as the Director of Operations and later as the Interim Executive Director at The Mustard Seed of Central Florida. Jim revitalized the organization's operations and boosted volunteer engagement.
