Vinicius Macedo is an accomplished IT professional with a robust background in technical support, project analysis, and account management. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at FundRock since January 2023, Vinicius provides comprehensive technical support to over 500 employees, administering the company's network infrastructure. Previously, as a Project Analyst at UOL - Universo Online, Vinicius led change management initiatives in a data center environment and collaborated with various teams to optimize processes.
