Gwenael Guillerm is currently the Vice President Legal at FundRock Group and has previously worked as a Legal Counsel at Banque J. Safra Sarasin (Luxembourg) SA. With experience in investment management and fund law, Gwenael has also served as a Fund Lawyer at Circle Partners. Their educational background includes a Master's Degree in Securities Law, UCITS Law, AIFMD, Banking Law, and Company Law from the University of Luxembourg, as well as other degrees from Utrecht University, University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and King's College London.
