Ka Wai Lam has held a variety of positions in the financial services industry, beginning in 2015 as a Senior Customer Care Officer at Hang Seng Bank. In 2016, they moved to FWD Insurance as a Customer Service Advisor. In 2017, they returned to Hang Seng Bank as a Quality Monitoring Officer and a Customer Due Diligence Officer. In 2021, they joined FundPark as an Assistant Vice President, where they work with Relationship Managers to promote trade finance solutions, assists in driving sales and client onboarding, monitors trades, and provides ad-hoc support for management.
Ka Wai Lam attended Coventry University from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA. Ka Wai then pursued a Master of Fintech and Finance analytics at HKBU School of Business from 2020 to 2022.
