Kaustubh Joshi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships and Embedded Financing Business at Funding Circle US since October 2023, Kaustubh previously held key positions at Goldman Sachs from June 2018 to September 2023, including GM and Head of Product for Embedded Business Financing and Payments. Kaustubh successfully built a BaaS commercial lending business and collaborated with partners such as Amazon and Walmart, launching multiple products and scaling to over 35,000 customers. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading projects for large Commercial and Custody Banking clients, and holding various roles within the firm. Kaustubh holds an MBA in Product Management and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
