Noam Iluz has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years, starting with the Israeli Navy, where they served as a certified naval control officer for four years. Noam then worked for EL AL Israel Airlines as a passenger service agent, followed by a role as a computer laboratory technician at Tel Aviv University. Noam began their software development career at Broadcom as a software engineer for one year, followed by a software engineer role at Varonis for two years. At Varonis, they were promoted to a software team lead role managing up to 11 engineers and QAs split across three teams, ensuring timely delivery of data protection and governance solutions to clients.
