Joan Plaja Sanchez-Fortuny is a Lead DevOps Engineer at fundcraft since July 2022, responsible for managing the DevOps team and designing the long-term strategy, vision, goals, and roadmap. Previous experience includes enhancing backup and disaster recovery strategies as a DevOps Engineer at fundcraft, integrating AWS services for personalized recommendations as a Software Engineer at Pleasepoint, and developing microservices and centralized libraries as a Junior Software Engineer at Wikiloc Outdoor Navigation. Joan's career began as a Software Engineer Intern at Matic Enginyeria Informàtica, where a real-time event web platform and a parking web platform were developed. Joan holds an Ingeniería informática degree from Universitat de Girona and has completed multiple relevant technical certifications from Institut Montilivi.
