Diana Teixeira, PhD, currently serves as the Head of People at FundamentalVR, where collaboration with leadership has aligned HR strategy with business goals and fostered an inclusive workplace culture. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager and HR Advisor at FundamentalVR, contributing to organizational growth and employee engagement during the Covid pandemic. Earlier positions include Finance Administrator Assistant at UCL, various hospitality roles, and a Physics instructor in Venezuela. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Nano Particles from UCL, an MSc in surface treatments from Università degli Studi di Padova, and a Licenciatura in Nuclear Physics from Universidad Simón Bolívar, supplemented by a Level 5 CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management.
