Anton Filipenko is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at N-iX since February 2022, where responsibilities include leading change management initiatives and redesigning HR products. Previously, Anton worked at Ciklum as a Strategy & Operations Manager, focusing on market research and strategic decision-making. Prior to that, Anton held roles as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Ukraine and PwC, delivering business solutions and covering various consulting engagements, including operational efficiency and post-merger integration. Anton began the career with an internship at PwC and has also served in leadership roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev and AIESEC. Anton holds a Master's Degree in Enterprise Economics from the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and a Bachelor's Degree in Enterprise Economics from Donetsk State University of Economics and Trade.
