Gina Hollenbach is a Business Designer at Fundamental, where efforts focus on developing solutions for microbusinesses in Latin America, including ventures like Reciclamos Juntos and Voalá. As a Climate VC Fellow at 4WARD.VC, Gina leads corporate innovation initiatives within the climate tech ecosystem. Previously, Gina was a Fulbright-COMEXUS Binational Business Fellow, worked as a Program Assistant at the McNair Institute, and interned at Lenovo, contributing to education technology and sustainable product projects. Early career experiences include marketing roles at The Pro Bono Collective and fliiTree, an operations internship at Capital City Financial Partners, and service at Tides Restaurant. Gina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Finance from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
