Susana Zarzalejo Herrera is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as an IT Analyst at Fundaci贸n MAPFRE since August 2019, Susana focuses on analyzing new TI projects and defining information needs to develop improved TI measures. Prior to this role, Susana worked at MAPFRE as a medical emergency telephone manager, providing critical assistance to insured individuals in urgent situations. Other professional experiences include serving as a technical sales representative for TCP franquicias and as a commercial hostess for Expertus CPM, S.A., where Susana promoted and sold technological products. Susana holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, completed in December 2021.
