Pablo J. Navarro Castro is an experienced professional in Human Resources and Organizational Psychology, currently serving as the Coordinator of Labor Climate and Well-being at Fundaci贸n Coanil since June 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing the annual Labor Climate Plan and performance evaluation processes.
