Paula Barrio is a clinical psychologist currently serving as a Clinical Institutional Psychologist at the Centro Hospitalar do Sistema Penitenciário since November 2023, and also operates a private practice as a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist since October 2020. Previously, Paula worked at Artioli e Beraha Psicologia Clínica and was an HR Business Partner Manager at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from 2014 to 2022, with roles focused on medical affairs and clinical trials. Paula's earlier experience includes talent acquisition at Johnson & Johnson and executive search at Spencer Stuart. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and multiple specializations in psychoanalysis and mental health. Current studies are ongoing at Instituto Gerar de Psicanálise.
