Rubens Gomes has extensive experience in the field of accessibility and education, serving as an Instrutor de Libras at Centro Profissionalizante Rio Branco - Cepro since 2012. Throughout this tenure, Rubens has facilitated workshops on deafness and accessibility. In addition to this role, Rubens has been working as a Tradutor / Intérprete de Língua Brasileira de Sinais (LIBRAS) e Língua Portuguesa for the Fundação de Rotarianos de São Paulo since 2007 and for Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo from 2006 to 2008. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in History of Science and Mathematics with a focus on inclusive education from Universidade Federal do ABC (2018-2021), a postgraduate degree in Psychopedagogy from Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco (2015-2016), and a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco (2007-2009).
