Shirley Batista is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Advisor for Institutional Projects at Fundação Amaral Carvalho since February 1998. In this role, Shirley is responsible for the analysis, development, monitoring, execution, and evaluation of institutional projects, as well as managing budgetary and financial aspects. Previous experience includes teaching at the Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica Paula Souza, where Shirley instructed courses in event organization and professional ethics. Earlier, Shirley held the position of Executive Secretary at Rede Globo Bauru, focusing on administrative support and travel organization. Shirley holds a specialization in Health Economics from Universidade de São Paulo, an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas, a Bachelor's degree in Bilingual Executive Secretariat from Universidade do Sagrado Coração, and foundational studies in Pedagogy and Human Sciences from Fundação Educacional Dr. Raul Bauab.
