Michael Flynn has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2022, they worked as an Account Executive and Sales Development Representative at Fund That Flip, Inc. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they interned at the John Carroll University Business Office in the Accounts Payable Department. In 2020, they interned at ImpactOffice, where they implemented Salesforce CRM and created virtual catalogs. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity from 2018 to 2019. In 2018, they worked as a Lifeguard at the University of Maryland and as a Mover at Olympia Moving & Storage in 2017.

Michael Flynn attended Gonzaga College High School from 2013 to 2017. Michael then went on to study at John Carroll University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting.
