Araceli Cabeza Alonso is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in talent acquisition, development, and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Captación y Desarrollo de Talento at Fund Grube S.A. since September 2018, Araceli has previously held significant roles such as Head of Human Resources at Galarza Atlántico GALACO, S.A., and Human Resources Technician at Emicela, S.A. In earlier positions, Araceli contributed to employment support and training initiatives at FEHT and served as Human Resources Director at SPAR Gran Canaria, where responsibilities included personnel selection, training planning, and compliance with labor regulations. Araceli also accumulated expertise in large-scale personnel selection and training development during tenure at Eroski and HiperDino Supermercados. Araceli holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
