Ari Helland has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career in 2013, working as a Summer Conference Assistant for CSM Conference Services and later as a Front Desk Assistant for CSM Student Life. In 2013, they also worked as a Student Center Information Desk employee at Colorado School of Mines, where they provided direct customer service and answered inquiries. In 2014, Ari worked in maintenance at Black Hills Truck and Trailer. They joined Colorado State University in 2015 as the Student Sustainable Farm Manager for a brief period. Since 2015, Ari has been working at Synchronicity Wellness, initially as a Greenhouse Manager and currently as the Agricultural Sciences and Operations Manager, showcasing their expertise in agricultural operations.

Ari Helland obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Horticultural Science from Colorado State University between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they attended the Colorado School of Mines without completing a specific degree in Petroleum Engineering. Ari Helland completed their high school education at York International from 2007 to 2011.
