Victoria C. is a software developer with extensive experience in training and quality assurance roles at Função Sistemas since January 2018. As a Desenvolvedor de Software .Net and leader of the training team, Victoria is responsible for technical and systemic training, e-learning tool implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs, including content creation and trainee follow-up. Previously, Victoria held positions as an Analista de Testes, where responsibilities included developing testing scenarios and plans for software in the financial sector, and as a Tester JR I and II, conducting black-box testing.
