Maxim Negadaylov began their work experience in 2005 as a PHP and VBA developer at SAGA Software Company. Maxim then worked as a web developer at Chernivtsy State University from 2002 to 2006. In 2007, they joined Zapatec as a web developer and stayed until December 2010. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Yaibi as a web developer. In 2011, they joined Appcelerator as a web developer until July 2012. Finally, in September 2012, they started working at Funambol as a Senior Web Developer.

From 1997 to 2002, Maxim Negadaylov attended Chernivci National 'Juriy Fedkovyc' University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
