Esra Serbes has been working in the professional world since 2016 when they founded Naturansa. In 2019, they began working as a Mentor at Draper University.

Esra Serbes has a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from Gebze Technical University. Esra also has a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Biology/Molecular Biology from Anadolu University, which they earned between 2009 and 2014. Prior to this, they studied Biology/Biological Sciences, General at Universitat d'Alacant from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they have taken courses in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Draper University.
