Stuart Hersh is an experienced professional in the entertainment and hospitality industries, currently serving as the National Sales Director at Fun Spot Manufacturing LLC since August 2021 and as a National Training Consultant at UA Consulting since January 2021. Previously, Stuart held various leadership roles, including Regional Operations Director at Urban Air Adventure Parks and General Manager positions at multiple establishments, including Andretti Indoor Karting and Games, Dave & Buster's Inc., Celebration Station Properties, Grand Prix Tampa, Boondocks Food & Fun, and Palace Entertainment. Stuart's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 1985 and 1989.
