Kim Forster has worked in various roles since 1987. Kim began their career at BJ's Wholesale Club as a Receiving & Bakery employee. In 1995, they moved to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where they worked as a Referrals employee. In 1998, they joined FUN Enterprises as an Office Manager, where they were responsible for event billing and collections, CRM, contracts and riders for clients, tour sheets, maintaining calendars, sales figures, answering phones, mail order, filing contracts in the month books, maintaining contract software, and occasional road work.

Kim Forster's education history includes attending Henkels & Mcoy Training School from 1993 to 1994, where they studied Medical Secretary, and Whitman Hanson Regional High School from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained their High School Diploma.
