Kathy Barnes has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Office Manager at Fulton Homes since 1996, where responsibilities include overseeing sales, managing facility maintenance, and assisting corporate officers. Prior to this role, Kathy held the position of Sr. Contracts Coordinator, processing sales contracts and managing sales files. Previous positions include Community Coordinator at UDC Homes, where sales and closings were processed, and Office Manager at Blackhawk Metal Works, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and order entry. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lamson College and has completed education at the College of Lake County and Grant Community High School.
