Kathryn Bajlović is an accomplished marketing and design professional with extensive experience in the creative industry. Currently serving as the Marketing Strategy Manager at Fulton Bank since November 2019, Kathryn focuses on innovative strategies for commercial and investment offerings. Prior to this role, Kathryn founded Kate Ampersand, a design studio specializing in weddings and hand-lettered illustrations. Previous positions include Creative Director and Associate Creative Director at Godfrey, as well as various roles in graphic and web design. Kathryn's career began with a BA in Art with a focus on Graphic Design from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, leading to diverse experiences across several companies, enhancing brands and marketing strategies through creativity and design excellence.
