Joseph Bell is an experienced financial professional who currently serves as a Credit Analyst II at Fulton Bank since November 2022. Previously, Joseph operated as an Executive Vice President in a self-employed capacity since June 2017, and held the title of Credit Analyst at Prudential Bank from February 2019 to November 2022. Joseph’s extensive background includes senior credit analyst positions at both American Heritage Federal Credit Union and Firstrust Bank, as well as a role as AVP Relationship Manager/Portfolio Manager at Citizens Bank. Joseph began their career as a Portfolio Manager at General Motors Acceptance Corp. Joseph holds an MBA in Business and Finance from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, graduating in 1999.
