Reggie Hernandez has a solid work history with experience in various roles in the software industry. Reggie started their career at TriTech Software & Services in 2016, where they first worked as a Tax Accountant - QA Engineer, responsible for testing and reviewing the quality of software and internet products. Reggie collaborated with developers to resolve any issues found. After that, Reggie moved on to become a Tax Accountant - Software Developer, where they developed tax software, ensured tax statute compliance, and led development projects to enhance user experience. Reggie also provided technical support and training to clients during busy seasons. In 2019, Reggie joined Smartwebs, Inc. as a Software Test Engineer, where they worked until 2022. In their current role as a Senior QA Engineer at Fullsteam since May 2022, Reggie brings their expertise to ensure the quality of software products. Overall, Reggie has a strong background in software testing, development, and tax accounting.
