Hairo Mercedes Hernández is a Product Designer at FullStack Labs since August 2022, specializing in creating wireframe concepts, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes, while collaborating with clients, developers, and project managers. Previously, Hairo served as a UX/UI Designer (Analista Programador) at Superintendencia de Salud y Riesgos Laborales from November 2015 to June 2023, where responsibilities included analyzing requirements for system development and leading teams using SCRUM methodology. Hairo's earlier experience includes a role as a Web & Graphic Designer at MCTEKK from June 2011 to September 2015, focusing on web applications and landing page designs, and as Technical Support at APLSoft Consulting from January 2010 to June 2011. Hairo holds a degree in App Design from Altos de Chavón and a degree in Multimedia Technology with a focus on Web Design from Instituto Tecnológico de las Américas - ITLA.
