Brittany Matthews is a seasoned professional in client implementation and project management, currently serving as the Director and Client Implementation Leader at FullscopeRMS since October 2021. In this role, Brittany leads carrier partner implementations across a diverse product portfolio, including Life, Disability, Absence, Stop-Loss, and Supplemental Health, while acting as a key liaison between partner project teams and FullscopeRMS. Prior to this position, Brittany accumulated extensive experience at Unum from September 2007 to October 2021, holding various leadership roles in client group implementation and customer support. Brittany began a career in the financial sector as a Bank Teller at First Tennessee Bank from May 2006 to May 2007. Educationally, Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resources from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, completed in 2007.
