Bobby McGraw is an experienced leader in ministry and coaching with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Executive Pastor and Teaching Pastor at Sugar Hill Church since December 2008, Bobby also acts as a Performance Coach at Full Focus, Executive Coach & Trainer at Middle Way Institute, and Executive Coach, Trainer, & Speaker at The Becoming Co., with roles at these organizations beginning in March 2021 and October 2021, respectively. Prior experience includes directing camps and conferences at Global Youth Ministry and serving as Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church. Bobby's early career included a role as a Combat Communications Squadron Technician and Volunteer Chaplain in the Air National Guard. Education includes a BA in Bible Studies and Greek from Crichton College and an MDIV from Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary.
