Stephen Tan has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Stephen is currently working at Fullerton Fund Management as the Co-Head of Sales - Business Development since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Intermediary Business Development at Fullerton Fund Management from May 2018 to January 2023.

Before their position at Fullerton Fund Management, Stephen was the Head of Distribution (South-East Asia) at Amundi from June 2016 to May 2018. Stephen also worked at ANZ as the Director - Head of Investments (Funds, FI and Structured Products) from June 2013 to March 2016.

Earlier in their career, Stephen held the role of Senior Product Development Director - Deputy Head of Product Development and Management at Nikko Asset Management Asia from April 2010 to June 2013. Stephen also worked at UOB as Vice President - Investment Advisory in 2009, and at KE Capital Partners as Vice President - Product & Business Development from 2008 to 2009.

Stephen's prior experience includes working at DBS Asset Management as Assistant Vice President - Sales & Distribution from 2004 to 2008. Stephen began their career as an Aviation Specialist in the Republic of Singapore Air Force from 1994 to 2004.

Stephen Tan's education history is as follows:

From 2021 to 2023, they attended Singapore Management University, where they pursued the Asia Financial Leaders Program (AFLP), but the field of study is not specified.

Between 2011 and 2013, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance at University College Dublin.

In 2003 and 2004, they studied at RMIT University, earning a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration (BBBA) with a focus on Business Finance.

From 2002 to 2003, they completed an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Marketing at Singapore Polytechnic.

Between 1993 and 1997, they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
