Patrick Linn has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Fuller, Smith & Turner since January 2016. Beginning at The Boat in Berkhamsted, Linn successfully oversaw a major refurbishment and significantly increased food sales, leading to a promotion to the Lamb and Flag in Covent Garden in March 2018. Prior to this, Linn held the position of General Manager at the historic Royal Oak with Greene King, managed The George in Harpenden for Orchid Group, and operated a successful Varsity bar in Coventry while also handling HR and PR responsibilities for Barracuda Group. The career began as General Manager at Yates Wine Lodges in Cheltenham, moving to a larger Oxford operation.
