Ed Scotney has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Fuller, Smith & Turner since September 2020. Prior roles include Operations Manager at ASK Italian from August 2017 to August 2020 and various positions including Business Development Manager, General Manager, and Head Chef at Loch Fyne Seafood & Grill from February 2008 to August 2017. Ed Scotney completed education at Sandringham in St Albans and holds a degree from the University of Winchester.
