Craig Parsons serves as the Apprenticeship Manager at Fuller Smith & Turner P.L.C. since November 2014 and also holds the position of Food Trainer. In addition, Craig has been the Director of Food at thecookerycloud.com since April 2014. Prior roles include Tutor at Straight A Training from May 2011 to October 2014 and Development Chef at Katsouris - Bakkavor from October 2010 to May 2011. Craig obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Biomedicine from the University of Wales, Cardiff, between 2002 and 2006, and completed education at Desborough Boys School from 1995 to 2002.
