Aishah Alrajhi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership training. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance and Management Trainer at the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia since February 2015, Aishah has trained over 2000 hours and contributed to the development of key training materials in areas such as Change Management and Organizational Excellence. Aishah also holds the position of Head of the Public Administration department, overseeing departmental operations and aligning them with the institute's strategic plan. Additionally, Aishah serves as a Program Coordinator and Coach for Fullbridge, being the first Saudi Coach for the Misk Future Path Program, which utilizes a unique online learning platform. Aishah is also a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Gulfroots for Communications and Information Technology. Aishah holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from King Saud University and a Bachelor's degree in Administration Science from the same institution, complemented by education from UCLA Extension.
