Alfredo Sala has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as the R&D PM and Electronic Drivetrain Development Manager at Full Speed Ahead since June 2006, where responsibilities include leading the Advanced Engineering Team at Tien Hsin Industries. Prior to this role, Alfredo was the Technical Director of the Thermoacoustic division at Tecnologie Industriali & Aeronautiche Spa from February 2005 to May 2006, overseeing project engineering for acoustical enclosures primarily in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. Alfredo also worked as a Noise and Vibration Engineer at Wintek Sas from May 2004 to January 2005, focusing on software development for sound and vibration analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Engineering Contracting and Project Management from MIP Politecnico di Milano, alongside an Engineering Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and a High School diploma in Information Technology from ITI Pino Hensemberger.
