Mike Steadman is an experienced operations manager with a demonstrated history of improving efficiency and safety in manufacturing and assembly environments. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Full Spectrum Laser since June 2017, Mike has successfully developed and implemented process improvements, performance standards, and facility layouts to enhance workflow and profitability while overseeing daily operations. Previous roles include Project Engineer at VSR Industries and Operations Manager at Axis International. Mike holds a certification in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Amarillo College, completed in 2010.
