Prior roles include Engenheiro Eletrônico at Full Gauge Controls, where Maicon managed product development projects and developed embedded firmware, and Coordenador de Engenharia at Tholz, focusing on similar engineering management and product development tasks. Technical skills encompass embedded firmware development in C and Assembly, hardware development for industrial controllers, and participation in technical fairs and training.
