Ashley Gumbrell has extensive experience in sports development and coaching, currently serving as the Disability Operations Officer at Fulham FC Foundation since April 2013, where responsibilities include leading disability initiatives, program design, funding bid completion, and budgetary control. In addition, Ashley has held roles such as Football Operations Officer at Fulham FC Foundation and FA Club Mentor with The Football Association, focusing on grassroots football development and coach support. Previous positions include Sports Club Manager at Trinity School of John Whitgift, Development Centre U10 Head Coach at Arsenal FC, and Football Coach at Cheltenham Town FC. Ashley holds an MSc in Applied Sports and Exercise Psychology from Staffordshire University and a BSc in Sports Psychology and Coaching Sciences from Bournemouth University.
