Michaella Daigle's work experience begins in 2011 as an Electronics Sales Associate at Target, where they marketed Target branded products and exceeded sales goals. Michaella then progressed to become a General Merchandise Team Lead, overseeing various processes and managing a team. In 2020, they became a Specialty Sales Team Lead and eventually an Executive Team Lead, responsible for building and managing a team of consultants. During their time at Target, they also worked as a Keyholder, ensuring safe and secure operations. In 2016, Michaella had a role as a Marketing Intern at Nicole Jones Development, where they managed social media accounts and assisted with public and media relations. Michaella currently holds the position of Sr. Warehouse Operations Manager at Fulfyld, starting in 2023.

Michaella Daigle completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at The University of Alabama in Huntsville from 2013 to 2017. In addition, they obtained a certification in CPR & AED from the American Red Cross in September 2022.
