Tyson McDowell is the Executive Chairman at Fulcrum, a TEDx speaker, and Managing Partner at Greatscale Ventures. Tyson has over 15 years of experience in technology and entrepreneurship.

Tyson McDowell started their career as a Chief Technology Officer at PlusMusic. Tyson then became the Chief Technology Officer at Fulcrum Workforce Solutions. In 2016, they founded their first startup. In 2017, they started Lead Wingman Venture Studio, which later became Greatscale Ventures.

As a Managing Partner at Greatscale Ventures, Tyson McDowell focuses on launching early stage tech companies from pre-founding to initial revenue. Tyson is also the Vice Chairman of the Board at the San Diego Air & Space Museum.
